My name is Norma Mailey and I would like give Miss Monigue Carter a five star review for helping me find my forever home. I had been looking for a house for over two years, my previous realtor and the person at the bank, who was suppose to obtain the loan for me, took advantage by not assisting me properly to obtain money from a specific program for first time buyers, I feel they had a way to obtain the money and somehow keep it for themselves but I wouldn't sign documentation that would't benefit me but their commissions would have been over the top and I would have ended up with me paying for a house I could not afford. I was very discussted and had given up hope on trying to find a home; then Monique showed up and saved the day, I found my home with in two weeks, she handled all my business professionally with excellence and I thank God for, she followed all the business that helped me get my house until the end, she even took me to the city to make sure I registered correctly with the city.Monique is an amazing person.
